Pool heat is optional at $25/day plus tax.
Cleaning charges of $180 if stay is less than 7 nights.
$250 reservation charge to book the unit. (non-refundable)
Balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit required.
Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival, only credit towards a future booking.
Unfortunately, we don't allow pets or smoking.
Five night minimum stay requirement.
Seven night minimum stay requirement during the Holidays.
