You’ll find a Disney theme throughout this luxurious home, bringing you even closer to the magic of one of the world’s most popular theme parks.  Located in Kissimmee, Florida and just three stoplights to Disney, this villa features both formal and casual living areas, with luxurious leather sectional sofas in each.  These are perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. You’ll also find TVs in all seven bedrooms to accommodate each of your guests.  And this home has a fully equipped kitchen so feeding your guests will be a breeze.

This rental also features a game room complete with a pool table and three Dell flat screen computers with Internet access.

And most importantly, the pool area provides you with everything you need for dining and entertainment —a screened lanai, covered pool with spillover Jacuzzi, luxury patio furniture and 42” dining table with chairs.  A private pool combined with custom décor and practical amenities make this the perfect vacation home for your stay here in Kissimmee.

• Cleaning charges of $150 if stay is less than 7 nights.

• $250 reservation charge to book the unit. (non-refundable)

• Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

• Security deposit required upon check-in.

• Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

• No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival, only credit towards a future booking, minus the $250 reservation deposit.

• Unfortunately, we don't allow pets or smoking.

• Five night minimum stay requirement.

• Above rates are taxed at 13%.
