  • Cleaning charges of $125 if stay is less than 7 nights.

  • $250 reservation deposit to hold the unit. (non-refundable)

  • Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

  • Security deposit required upon check-in.

  • Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

  • No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival, only credit towards a future booking, minus the $250 reservation deposit.

  • Unfortunately, we don't allow pets or smoking.

  • Five night minimum stay requirement.

  • Above rates are taxed at 13%.

  • Rates are subject to change.
