It is ideally situated within Emerald Island Resort too.  Considered a prime location, this luxury rental is walking distance to the Resort Clubhouse, Children's Tot Lot, Pool, Sauna and more.   Inside you’ll find TVs with either a DVD or VCR Player in all three bedrooms to accommodate you.  Ceiling fans are also included in each of the three bedrooms. 

In the living room, you will find a full sofa sleeper large TV, CD/stereo and a DVD/VCR combo—perfect for family entertainment.  And feeding your guests will be a breeze with the home’s fully equipped kitchen.  

You'll find that Tigger's Treehouse offers all the comforts of home at a price you won't believe. Don't take your family to a cramped hotel or small condo when you can have all this for the same price or less!

• Cleaning charges of $65 if stay is less than 7 nights.

• $200 reservation deposit to book the unit. (non-refundable)

• Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

• Security deposit required upon check-in.

• Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

• No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival, only credit towards a future booking, minus the $250 reservation deposit.

• Unfortunately, we don't allow pets or smoking.

• Five night minimum stay requirement.

• Above rates are taxed at 13%.

• Rates are subject to change.
